Henry Smith have been working with Kier Build Ltd on the £150million prison in the Midlands, which is due to be opened in April 2012, and we are nearing completion on our part of the project, .
Its been a great project to work on, one of our largest yet, with 17 buildings, including three 480-place house blocks and 13 ancillary buildings, and more than 800 tonnes of steel! Henry Smith have also worked with Bison to include over 1,600 sq metres of precast hollowcore flooring for one of the support buildings on-site, which was selected for improved health and safety and more efficient installation on-site.
