Built on a former Royal Ordnance site, this fully BREEAM compliant distribution warehouse is now the home of Kimberley-Clark’s new automated distribution centre.
Of course, with our years of experience at Henry Smith we were delighted to be able to demonstrate our expertise in building warehouses as part of this £17 million project. A massive 350,000 square feet, including integrated stacking systems and 26,000 square feet of office space, meant that we had to fabricate, shot blast, paint, deliver and erect over 1,500 tonnes of steel.
