Loreto College was given an “Outstanding” rating by Ofsted and the new 5 storey multi-functional building in Hulme, Manchester has provided the students with fantastic new facilities to match.The high standard that the college sets for it’s students was matched by our high quality building of nearly 7,000 square metres.
Having worked with our clients, Bardsley Construction Ltd for over 5 years, we have built a strong relationship between the teams and we were able to offer them a full service of connections design, detail, fabrication, in-house shotblasting and painting, and of course, on-site erection.
The main challenge here was working on a confined site within a working college, but the 1,800 students didn’t seem to mind when they were presented with their new building!
